We are seeking Work-Study Support Staff for Jubilee After School Program


​Program Overview:


JCCPA After School Program, hosted by Creative Hub Worcester, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our youth and community through creativity and the Arts. The program serves approximately 26 students aged 5-14 and is located at 653 Main St. in Worcester, MA. We offer a variety of Arts opportunities for our students every week after school, along with snacks, one-on-one homework assistance, social-emotional skill building, outdoor activities, dance, Career Compass, and more.

We are looking for individuals who are interested in working with children aged 5-14. Artistic and creative skills are a plus. The staff must be available Monday through Friday every week, from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. A background check is mandatory.

Job Description:

Support staff members will work under all JCCPA staff and report to the Program Director, Judy Perry. Their responsibilities include assisting with classroom management, homework, art/creative projects, and movement activities. They will also take students to the park, perform basic program space cleaning/organizing, follow routines, and more.

Support Staff are expected to adhere to all guidelines and rules outlined in the JCCP After School Staff Handbook, along with any additional EEC policies and regulations. They should be able to stand and move around for four hours, actively playing with and engaging with children.
